What each export gives you

Word (.docx)
The document's text as real, editable paragraphs in reading order. Hebrew comes out as proper right-to-left paragraphs with English phrases kept intact inside them.
Excel (.xlsx)
Table rows and columns rebuilt from the page layout, one sheet per page. Amounts arrive as genuine numbers, so a column of figures sums the moment the file opens.
PowerPoint (.pptx)
One slide per page at the page's own size, every line an editable text box sitting where it sat on the page.
Scans included
A scanned page is read with the built-in OCR first, automatically, so the export carries its text too.

The Word export is text-first: images and graphics from the PDF are left behind, and fonts are matched approximately rather than copied. And table detection is geometric, so a wildly irregular layout can need a column nudge after export. For text, tables and numbers, which is what people convert PDFs for, it does the job and keeps your document at home.

Is the PDF uploaded during the conversion?
