Three steps, about a minute

1 · Install: Click the button above. If no dialog appears, open the editor and use the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
2 · Make it your PDF program: On Windows, right-click any PDF, choose Open with, pick CalmPDF and tick Always. On a Mac, select a PDF, press Get Info, choose CalmPDF under "Open with" and click Change All. Either way, double-clicking a PDF opens it here from then on.
3 · Activate: Paste your serial number the first time it opens. Get one on the pricing page if you don't have it yet; the first month is free.

No download file, still a real install.

There is no setup.exe to fetch and nothing to unzip. Chrome and Edge install CalmPDF the modern way: the application lands in your Start menu or dock with its own window and icon, updates itself, and works with no internet connection. Firefox and Safari don't support desktop installs, so on those browsers simply use CalmPDF online. It is the same application either way.
